Narla lane in Utica, New York, USA

Late V R Narla, Humanist editor, Journalist, writer toured 5 times in USA. His children are settled in USA. One daughter Uma Mannava who is practicing in Utica made arrangements to name one lane after Narla Venkateswararao which is great honor and recognition.

Robert Frykenberg comments on V R Narla

Robert Frykenberg, emeritus professor in Wisconsin University, Madison USA commented that late V R Narla was bold and daring critique. During our discussion on 26 august 2010 in Swagat restaurant Prof Bob Frykenberg appreciated Narla as good friend of his. He told me about his close acquaintance with Narla in Hyderabad and also during his visit to Wisconsin University.I felt happy and informed him that Prometheus Books brought out his book The Truth about Gita as american edition with my preface in 2010
